A little faster

Todays time: 3 mins 37.8 seconds

Not had a great week this week. I've not managed to go to the gym as much as i'd like and my weight is stuck just above 19 stone. I really want to get it into 18 stone something.

I'll just have to try harder for the next week.

Keep going - just like the sustained effort you put in to get the rowing times, I'm sure sustained effort will pay off in general with your weight. Just keep on thinking of your goals and the fat man slim advice (and look back over previous blog entries!).

I did a marathon last Sunday. I started off really well, right up to 16 miles I was above target. I was feeling pleased with myself but then at 19 miles I realised I was completely off my target. I'd forgotton to keep my own effort up and had just started to cruise a bit. I picked it back up again when I reminded myslef of my mile/time targets no problem. Hope this helps.

Still going in a down direction. That's the important thing getting down - getting smaller.

Dont give up !!!! You will be 18 stone something next week!

Remember why you began. A weight loss journey is a good description. Follow the signposts by FMS and you will get there. Some legs of the journey are easier than others, I find it helpful to set addtional personal targets.

How's this week going?

It is normal to hit a plateau specially if you have been losing a lot. Take one step at the time and you will success

now the 12 weeks is up, do we get to see the final graph? And now what happens? Do you have a new target It would be fantastic if you could lose another 4 inches in the next twelve weeks.

Just thinking about my last comment - have I got the number of weeks correct? I'm keen to know what the current task is.

I hope you are not still stuck at 19 stone.

I was looking for your rowing time.

I hit a stickey weight. I found it very hard to get under 16 stone. My mates said I looked better and it was easier to give up than keep going.

I am keeping going.
