For some reason despited going to the gym and eating better I seem to have ground to a halt as far as weight loss goes. It may be that I am gaining muscle as a result of the gym. I feel much better for going so it's definitly doing me good.
I've had stomach ache for the last few days (kind of like indigestion) not sure what that is.
Hopefully things will start moving again soon.

mmm, start moving again?? I suspect lots of people plateau at some stage. The feeling much better is a result in itself.
I think measuring weight can be misleading - muscle is denser than fat so size might be a better measure of how you're doing, if you want to attach a numerical value to your progress. otherwise, feeling good is as good an indication as any and perhaps the most important... It would be for me anyway :)
I think as long as you stay consistent in eating properly and getting the exercise you plan then you'll see the results you're expecting very soon. Keep going!
