Todays time: 3 mins 46.7 seconds
Getting quicker all the time. I've found it's much easier to keep a steady pace to start and then faster at then. The distance is a bit too long to maintain a sprint (can you sprint whilst rowing) for the full time.

Allez! I'm rich! Well done.
When I was last in the gym I tried doing 1000m in a quick time. It is harder than it seems as I went off too fast and struggled in the last third.
I am also on FMS (on for a while now), I posted my blog after your post their if you want to link to it.
Hi balador, remember me and Andrew from the Pennine Way??
You are an inspiration. Inspired me to go to the gym testerday evening, but when I got there it was closed cos the air conditioning was broke or something. But I went for a swim & had a sauna, which was probably just as good, and very relaxing. Shame I went home and had a shed full of wine! Are you still drinking? but I seem to remember you dont drink.
Keep up the good work.
Joy.
It's nice to know that I'm inspiring people. I do drink just not very much. Glass of wine every now and then that kind of thing.
